From first brief to a fully payrolled employee, the process runs on our licensed Qatari entity. Here is exactly what happens and who does what.
You tell us the role, salary, benefits and start date, and whether your candidate is already resident in Qatar or relocating from abroad. We confirm the total cost, the documents needed and a realistic timeline. If you do not have a candidate yet, you hire and we employ; we do not interfere with your selection.
We issue a compliant offer and a bilingual Arabic-English employment contract drafted to Labour Law No. 14 of 2004, covering role, wage, allowances, probation, notice and leave. Your candidate signs, and the contract is lodged with the Ministry of Labour.
We file the block work permit with the Ministry of Labour, secure the employment visa through the Ministry of Interior, and coordinate the medical, biometrics and residence permit (QID) within the seven-day window after arrival. Health insurance is enrolled and the employee is set up on payroll. Resident candidates skip most of this and go live fast.
Salary runs through the Wage Protection System each month in Qatari riyals, with itemised payslips. We accrue gratuity, track leave, manage renewals and process any changes. When someone leaves, we handle the final settlement and permit cancellation cleanly.
| Candidate | Typical timeline |
|---|---|
| Already resident in Qatar with valid QID | 1–2 weeks |
| Expat relocating from abroad | 5–6 weeks |
| With certificate attestation required | Add 1–2 weeks |
Send us the role and we will map the process end to end, with a firm cost and timeline.
